You will fall head over heals for this Valentines day rendition of Gems Swap! In the game there are a grid of hearts, you have to match the hearts by swapping them. The hearts need to be matched if a line of 3 or more hearts of the same kind. Be fast though because as you match hearts, new hearts will be created in there place. This is an amazing game for Valentine's Day and an even better one to play with you Valentine!

Match the hearts by creating lines of three or more hearts of the same kind. You can move the hearts by using the mouse to click and swap adjacent hearts.
