General info about sailing boats:
A Sailing boat cannot sail against the wind unless it with some angle relative to the wind.
Because of that reason the player cannot just steer between the buoys. He must make a boat to sail in some angle using the steering weal and the sail constrains for getting maximum speed.
In the Sail Boat Simulation the wind direction is always from North to South.
