You need to click the dots rapidly so as to activate the muscles of the bull and increase its power in order to lift the barbell. Note that if the bull fails to lift the barbell, it will collapse and the attempt will be forfeited. Before the next attempt starts, you can click to select the weight that you would like to try. The current number of attempt and the respective weight will be shown at the top left corner of the screen, while the best weight will be shown on the right.
